Account Director

If so, Digital Cement would like to talk to you! We are an expanding direct marketing agency looking for an Account Director who can help us grow. A dynamic work environment that is seeking to put the "new" in the "new direct marketing", Digital Cement integrates many marketing disciplines to provide our clients with solid campaigns that deliver real results. If you love to solve clients’ business problems, are able to build trusted client relationships and can become the client’s point person within the agency, then this role is right for you!
Experience:
- 5-7 years of Account Leadership experience in well-respected marketing services, direct or digital agency.
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise, formal training and on-the-job experience in CRM and Relationship Marketing, Permission Marketing Practice, Direct Mail and Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience developing marketing strategy, delivering against strategic plans, and executing multi-channel marketing programs.
- Demonstrated experience managing project scope, budget, timelines, and teams in addition to utilizing a formal process for identifying, qualifying, and mitigating project risk.
- Excellent knowledge and ability to use MS Office applications (e.g., PowerPoint) and project management tools such as MS Project.
- University degree essential; MBA would be an asset.
